Ramona Tripon is a seasoned Mortgage Banker with over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Based in Nampa, Idaho, where she has lived for more than 40 years, Ramona has deep roots in the local community and an extensive understanding of regional real estate and lending markets.

Throughout her career, Ramona has built and led high-performing mortgage teams.  She successfully managed large, complex teams for over three decades, overseeing production, operations, compliance, and performance at scale.

Ramona’s expertise spans the entire mortgage lifecycle. She previously held all major underwriting designations, including Conventional, FHA, and VA, and has personally worked every side of the business—processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing, and file shipment. Her background also includes hands-on management of post-closing audits, investor audits, and agency audits, giving her a rare, end-to-end perspective on risk management, compliance, and loan quality.

Known for her leadership, operational knowledge, and unwavering commitment to clients and teams, Ramona brings a depth of experience that ensures transactions are handled with precision, integrity, and care.

My husband Darrick and I are both native Idahoans. We have lived in Nampa for 22 years and have three children; Marcus, J.R. and Addison and an Aussiedoodle named Dibbs. I graduated from Boise State with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multi-Disciplinary Studies, and a Certificate of Applied Leadership. Go Broncos! I have worked at American Construction since 2022.
