Stop by the weight room desk to arrange a 15-minute injury assessment or sign up for one of our ongoing times. Screenings will include recommendations for injury treatment and prevention. All ages are welcome Every 1st, 3rd & 5th Thursday of the month (1:30-2pm) Every 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month (4:00-4:30pm) Free for Members or with day pass
