Join us for our May Luncheon as we celebrate the accomplishments of the Leadership Nampa Class of 2025 during their Graduation Ceremony. This inspiring event will feature heartfelt stories of resilience and perseverance from two remarkable members of this year’s cohort.

• Kyle Brotzman, known for his record-breaking football career, will share how the lessons learned on the field continue to shape his success today.
• Lieutenant Brad Childers of the Nampa Police Department will recount his powerful journey of recovery and growth after being injured in the line of duty.

We’re also honored to hear from our sponsor, Gordon Jones, President of the College of Western Idaho, who will share insights on leadership and community impact.
