Stop by anytime and parade around the outdoor Rec Center Fitness Trail, showing off your costume and getting treats, no tricks, along the way. Trick-or-Treat Trail will be a one way, counter clock-wise walk, starting anywhere along the trail to encourage physical distancing. Rain or shine. FREE
