Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) is a non-profit organization that helps youth in the community (Littles) by carefully pairing them with volunteer mentors (Bigs). Big Brothers and Big Sisters support, encourage and become a friend to their Little, helping them become more confident, do better in school and improve their home life.
