Breaking Chains Academy of Development is a 501(c)(3) community-based organization dedicated to empowering at-risk youth. Their mission is to equip young people with the tools and resources to steer clear of criminal and gang activity, guiding them toward a successful transition into adulthood. This is achieved through three core pillars: Education, Work Skills Training, and Mentoring.
