This event serves as a valuable platform to showcase your organization's resources to a diverse audience. The purpose of The 3rd Annual Community Resource Fair is to facilitate a holistic approach to community well-being. With over 40 participating agencies and an average attendance of 400 participants, it provides a unique opportunity for networking and community outreach.

By bringing together this many resource agencies, we aim to connect children, individuals, and families with vital services in areas such as housing, utilities, finance, seniors, physical health, mental health, education, veterans, community services, employment, nutrition, and more. This event strives to eliminate barriers, highlight no-cost or low-cost solutions, and ultimately enhance the quality of life for our most vulnerable neighbors in Nampa.

Through collaboration, education, and empowerment, we seek to build a resilient and supportive community for the betterment of every individual we serve.

How You Can Get Involved

Advertisement Assistance Even if you're unable to attend as a vendor, your support in helping us spread the word is invaluable. We appreciate any assistance in promoting the event through your networks, social media channels, and email lists.

Sponsorship Opportunities We offer tiered sponsorships—Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Event Stations (such as concessions and other fun stations). Your sponsorship will contribute to the success of the fair and showcase your commitment to community welfare.

Volunteer Support We are also seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist with various aspects of the event. If your organization has individuals interested in volunteering their time, please let us know. Their support will be crucial to ensuring a smooth and successful community fair.
