Chef Dan Ansotegui and daughter and business partner Ellie Ansotegui of Ansot’s Restaurant have prepared a menu of traditional Basque favorites including Croquettes, Salad topped with Grandma Epi’s Dressing, fresh Sheepherder bread and Paella three ways.
