Description

This event features a 1/2 mile swim, 10-mile ride on an upright, stationary bike and 4 mile run on the indoor track. Space is limited so register early. 

Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable after January 30th. 

Minimum age is 13 years. 

Bike and lap lanes will be randomly drawn - 1 athlete from each heat may swim in an end lane. Shoes required on bike and track; no swim aids allowed.
