We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and outgoing individuals to join our team as event representatives for upcoming fairs, festivals, community events, and home shows in Idaho and some Oregon.

Description:

As an event representative at Bath Fitter, you are considered a company professional who attends events, campaigns, and conferences on behalf of the company. The role involves promoting the company to potential customers, explaining products or processes, and maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities:

· Setting up and attending in-person events.

· Meeting or exceeding appointment setting and quality goals within system guidelines.

· Setting appointments via e-booking application on mobile and gathering leads for tub or shower remodels by educating potential customers about product.

· Be able to work scheduled hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends depending on events.

· Assist with the setup and takedown of onsite presentations, including tables, tents, and marketing material.

· Communicate regularly with management providing constructive insight and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Work both independently and collaboratively.

· Be self-directed with time management and organizational and planning skills.

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

· Build relationships, understand needs, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service.

· Be reliable and dependable with all aspects of position including transportation.

· Have basic computer skills, ability to use various office programs and point of sale systems.
