Job Description:

Melad Tree Farm is hiring full-time seasonal tree pruning laborers to help maintain our 38-acre farm. We are looking for dependable workers with experience in tree care, pruning, and nursery operations. This is an outdoor, physically active position that will continue until all seasonal pruning work is completed.

Responsibilities: 

• Prune and maintain a wide variety of trees on the farm
• Use hand and power tools such as pruning shears and ladders
• Remove dead, damaged, or overcrowded branches
• Clean up and dispose of clippings
• Work safely and follow all farm procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience in tree pruning, landscaping or nursery work
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions
• Familiarity with tree and plant health best practices
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions as part of team
